Die Lage ist sehr gut

Die Wohnung ist zu dunkel. Das eine Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und es war nur eine Heizkörperfür die ganze Wohnung da, dementsprechend im Winter sehr kalt und unangenehm. Sehr viel Feuchtigkeit, die nicht weggeht und renovierungsbedürftig ist die Wohnung auch noch.

"Si ponen rejas en la ventana sería mejor"

Lo mejor la ubicación, con buenas posibilidades para moverte a cualquier parte. El baño cómodo. No utilizamos la cocina.

No puedes abrir la ventana si hace calor, porque no hay rejas y está a pie de calle. Intentamos hablar varias veces con el responsable y no contestaron. La terraza es muy pequeña y compartida con otro apartamento, por lo que tampoco puedes abrir para que corra el aire. Menos mal que solo íbamos a dormir. En ese plan bien. Para lo que cobran de limpieza podrían esmerarse más.

It is a small but cosy Appartement with everything you need. We had a warm welcome with a bottle of wine and the communication was perfect. I totally recommend this flat.
