非常美丽宁静的地方，菜园、草地、池塘、树林一切都美不胜收，我们甚至在树林里看到了可爱的小鹿。还有热情的主人，他们非常友好，男主人帮我们把沉重的行李提到房间，女主人亲自制作非常可口的早餐，我们住了4天，每天都不同。房间布置的精致，干净，卫生间有点小，但是对于一座200多年的老建筑来说，这已经很好了。

Nate and his wife and mother were very great. The breakfasts were excellent and the grounds are beautiful. Spent some time sitting by the pond reading, The area is very quiet and peaceful. There are good restaurants nearby.

"Our stay at the Inn couldn’t have been better! Just perfect!"

The Franklin Farm Inn is our home away from home when we are visiting our son’s family in VT. It is immaculately clean and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and tends to our every need. We’re going back in December.

No complaints.

Just no TV in the room , but we ended up being fine without it!!

Nate, Theresa, and JJ were wonderful hosts! A beautiful historic property. Scenic pond and hiking trails on the property. River access right across the street. Make sure to bring the right shoes. We hope to visit again soon!
