The location was great. I liked it was a stand alone property meaning we didn't share walls or no neighbors next to or above us. Loved the full size stove and fridge. Loved that is had propane gas in the provided outside grill to use. Loved the tv/satellite had local and some movie channels. Loved the upstairs ping pong table.

I had a problem with someone in your company giving us the wrong code for the pool, resulting in my kids only getting to use the pool during our whole week long stay for only 30 minutes until those people who let them in left (as you need the pool code to get out). I spoke with someone from maintenance because after several days of back and forth emails with your company and no one helping...they told us the code was wrong and would be by to give us the code/pool pass. But no one ever showed up to give us those things...so I booked this place because one of the things you had was a pool and then didn't get to use it. And when I contacted the staff...no one was helpful. I even have the screenshot and texts back and forth with your company that shows the wrong pool code was given to us and that no help or even apology was given when we did the followup work to find out you guys gave us the wrong code...we did- not you guys. The kitchen had Hodge podge cooking utensils.... and no scissors. The cabin said it slept 6 (using a pull out couch as the other 2 sleepers) but gave absolutely NO extra bedding for the pull out. The upstairs loft had a huge ant problem by the balcony door. My son said there were ants crawling on him at night! Other than that....the cabin needs a bit of TLC, the stairs going up to the front door were really rickety and leaning really far forward like they were warped. And there is a pretty big dip in the floor in the main bathroom where it feels like the floor is rotted underneath. And the toliet seat in the main bathroom was broken. Also, rented the cabin for a week for 5 people, and only 1 roll of toliet paper was provided. The online pictures show and mention an air hockey table....which was a selling point for my children, and there wasn't one in the unit. So those pictures need to be updated!

The cabin had everything we needed. All equipment work fine. We used the grill and had dinner every evening on the outside balcony, this was early july, we didn't get any insects (mosquito) bothering us. it was extremely pleasant and relaxing. The kids walked to the pool every end of day when we came back from mountain trailing, we didn't watch TV and tried to shut down our computers as much as possible. (internet can be a bit slow if you want to watch videos) instead we took long walks, played ping pong inside the cabin at the upstairs room. it is very safe and friendly. This will be a great souvenir.

I don’t like one time they go inside the house when we are not there, is not closets on the bedrooms

I liked that I got there and the Lakers won that night that was about it. Also the people that were helping us check in and everything were amazing.

Looked and smelled dirty beds were uncomfortable and the bathrooms were a bit of an unclean feeling also the internet was trash so I put on my phones hot spot and it worked way better.

You don’t have to bring any cooking stuff everything is there

Couches needs to be updated Floors. Also needs to be updated. It’s so wiki wiki when you’re walk in
