Quarto e banheiros muito escuro, falta de agilidade quando solicitado manutenção, travesseiros e toalhas pois não arrumaram o quarto em tempo hábil. Hotel em local estratégico porém o trânsito horrível para acessar qualquer lugar. Café da manhã bem básico e demora na reposição dos alimentos. Não oferecem nada a mais do que já tem disponível. Ex. Um omelete diferenciado qdo solicitado não fazem. Serviços de restaurantes sem muita opções é necessário pagar no consumo não no check out. Pedi os um espaguete à bolonhesa e ao pedir queijo ralado extra não tinham disponível.

Café da manhã fraco para um hotel 4 estrelas, pelo menos o 5 andar precisa de uma manutenção os batentes quebardos, portas desmanchando nas pontas... saida de emergencia surja...

quando pedir para o restaurante um refrigerante com gelo e limão espremido... nunca tem limão, tive que comprar fora do hotel porque neste de 4 estrela nao tem!...

Do atendimento, limpeza e acomodação

Acredito que o layout do buffet do café da manhã pode ser melhorado! A Louça está no final, embaixo do balcão, próximo de um local onde as pessoas ficam paradas por causa do sanduíche que estão aguardando, ou pelas pessoas que estão se servindo de café !
