We absolutely LOVED the Penthouse condo view and space. Three bedrooms and each with its own bathroom which was perfect for our family needs. The View was spectacular! We loved the full sliding glass doors to open fully and enjoy the indoor outdoor living on the patio. The showers were super large and the beds were super comfortable. The facilities were amazing too. There were a lot of pools to choose from, all with amazing infinity view of the beach and ocean. I liked how the loungers were up on a fixed area of the sand and not on the beach. It was only a 10- 15 minute drive from the airport to the condo and 15 min to get from the condo to the Malecon. The grocery store is a block away, and very easy to get to, just navigate your way around the chickens and you will be fine! haha. The welcome gift basket was a nice touch, so Thank you so much we will be back!

These are all minor things for what we "didn't like" but the good far outweighed any complaints we had about this condo. I will writing them in here just so the owner is aware for the next guests or for when we come back as we are totally booking this condo again!!!! The road to get into the condo area is in need of fixing. The area is filled with parked buses, vans and some locals that are living along the road, but we always felt bad for the drivers picking us up and navigating the vehicle over the many pot holes. The condo is beautiful but it is in dire need of some kitchen & kitchenware upgrades. This is such disappointment when you book such an amazing property and the owners have not taken the time to look at their kitchenware. The pots and pans are in need of replacement.. when half the Teflon is worn away that's a good sign to buy new ones. The 6 burner gas stove only had 4 burners working. Some of the dishes were not clean, and we could not find any dishwasher detergent or dishcloths. One scrubber found under the sink that looked like it was on its 100th use. There was 6 of us staying and we only had 5 pool towels, even though we had said there would be 6 of us staying in the home. The last night we had a torrential downpour and the water started to come in the front door and flood the entrance, we had nothing to put down on the floor except all our towels, so we had to wash them all to be able to use the next morning, not the owners fault for the rain but maybe a matt in the front entrance would help or put some rubber lining around the door to prevent the water from coming in. We did eventually find a matt in the back closet and put that down. Like I said these are very minor things to put up with in paradise!

Great location. Beautiful beach and pool area. The condo is beautiful and very spacious. Kitchen is well appointed. Bathrooms/showers are large and the towels are large and fluffy. Taxis are easy to get from the grounds. Views are exceptional. The manager for the condo was very responsive.

The only thing we could think of is the lobby needs more luggage carts.

It was very spacious, and a lovely location facing the ocean.

The only criticism we had was that it would’ve been amazing to have a public barbecue. In addition, the road leaning right up to the complex was very muddy and bumpy. It certainly needs to be repaved.

I loved that it was on the top floor, penthouse view. Easy access to the beach and pool. Beach view, and city view. Centrally located. Convenient for big family’s.

The road leading up to it is rough, due to construction. But don’t let that discourage you from booking with them. The hotel will only allow one vehicle per booking. We had 2 cars and had to leave one on the side of the outside of hotel.
