Nothing. There was a bug infestation and the hotel refused to refund me, even though I left on day 1!

There was broken glass on the patio, they told me right before arrival. Then, I left after the first night because it was bug infested. It was disgusting and they were not at all helpful, I was there less than 15 hours and had booked for two weeks, they are claiming to not speak English so they won’t refund.

It was on the beach, the pool was nice but it was still in construction so that was frustrating, overall the room was nice however they didn’t have the basics like shampoo, soap, wash clothes. The manager was typically very responsive to questions and concerns.

The construction next door was unexpected and somewhat bothersome. Soap, wash clothes, shampoo and conditioner were not provided. I wish there was an included cleaning service at least one of the days mid week as we were there for 10 days. It was difficult to describe the location to taxi drivers but maybe because it was new. It was down a somewhat sketchy street but that also may be temporary.

Enjoyed the location and ease of getting around. Lots to see close by and walking to the Malecon only took 30 minutes. The view was spectacular The monogrammed towels were a nice touch Very clean condo The security the building provides is great

The kitchen could have been stocked better. - water cooler - would have been nice to have spices in the cupboards - disposable plates - soap for dishes - no internet available at the pool

My room was ready 5.30 pm. I know it may happen sometimes, but wish i could have couple hours late check out too. Thanks

Noise from the construction, but it is totally understandable...

The property was amazing- the host was great answered all questions I needed. Check in and out was a breeze!

The only downside but not a deal breaker is the construction- it doesn't wake you up but definitely is all day so sitting on the patio isn't ideal during the day but definitely would stay again!
