This property is among the newest and best located oceanfront locations in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. Beautiful pools, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and an easy walk to everything!

There is some construction but not enough to disturb you most days. Part of the progress in the area and a small compromise to make for all of the other amenities the property offers!

it was so beautiful and completely aligned with our taste.

we were on the 1st floor. so much noice every night from people coming in or fighting or being drunk coming from parking lot and going to the elevator

I like how is the dising of the apartment and that it has everything for you

I didn't like that at 7:30 am the new construction of the next building start and you can hear noises from 7:30am to 7:00 pm

"i would stay again."

new and clean, unit was very comfortable and clean. pool area very cool. direct access to beach and close to restaurants and public transportation. Laundry in the unit. fitness room was VERY good.

hard to get a chair around the pools. owners always had towels/books etc “reserving” their spots.

This is a nice property. The pool area is very nice and the location is quite convenient to both Downtown and the marina area as it is right in the middle.

I would not stay here again until the new building next door is completed. The construction noise starts at 7 am and goes to 7 PM and is so loud that I was unable to carry on a conversation on my patio. I could not open my patio door at all due to the noise. The road leading up to the building is unbelievably unsafe due to the construction and is the only pedestrian access.
