Sehr gute Lage sehr nette Menschen, unser Zimmer zwar ohne Fenster dadurch etwas muffig aber um 8€ und für eine Nacht kein Thema. Coole Lokale und streetfood gleich ums Eck

Für den Preis werde ich nichts kritisieren

Staff were nice

There’s paper thin walls so really hard to get a good night sleep between noisy neighbours and a field next door. Can also hear the elevator ding all night long.

We really enjoyed the location, the street is so quite and there is a huge kids playground nearby. Rooms are also nice and staff is helpful and kind.

It would be nice to have more options for breakfast:)

Удобное местоположение, в тихом уголочке рядом с центром. Завтраки на выбор. Отель уже уставший, но мы останавливались на 1 ночь и нас всё устроило. Видно, что за ним следят. Шумоизоляция плохая, для нас не критично. Заселили быстро, выселили тоже, никаких проблем не возникло.

В душевой в одном номере не закрывалась дверца, вода попадала на пол

Mọi thứ đều ổn, nhân viên ở đây rất OK, đáng để trải nghiệm, KS nhỏ nhưng rất chuyên nghiệp bài bản

The receptionists- Mr. Cao Cường and Ms. Hương are nice. The location is good.

I booked the room with windows. But the windows is blocked by the stairs completely. The room smells mold and bad odor. The fan is covered with dust. I swiped the dust outside of the fan, And I hope I can breathe better. The fan is needed to be opened the screw to clean inside. I asked the receptionist, but housekeeping is not available at the facility. I was suffering , sneezing, headache due to the dust from the fan. I asked the receptionist to upgrade the room with balcony or windows which I can open for fresh air and I would paid the upgrade fees. But they said that those rooms are booked. In summary, I have to stay in a small room, the widows is blocked completely by the stairs, no ventilation with the mold smell, foul odor. Can’t use the fan due to the dust makes me sneezing, and headache. I paid 4 nights. I asked the receptionist- Ms. Thao Vy to change the room with ventilation as I mentioned above. She said that on the 2nd day, she will upgrade the room for me with a fee. But the 2nd day, she stated that the couples extended their stay. I told the receptionist that I can’t stay in this room without ventilation anymore. I just stayed only 1 night in this hotel, I can’t sleep there, due to no ventilation and mold smell. I have to leave the hotel for the sake of my health (without 3 night refunds). The room 503 where I stayed, without ventilation is not qualified as a hotel. The room without ventilation, and the mold smell is bad for human health.

Bữa sáng ngon miệng, mỗi hôm thay đổi 1 món ( bánh mì xíu mại, bún bò,...) có kèm nước và trái cây tráng miệng. Phòng mình đặt cho 3 người hướng view đồi thông khá mát và thoáng, phòng có tivi thông minh và đồ tiện ích đầy đủ

Nước miễn phí trong phòng là nước đóng trong chai thủy tinh được lấy từ bình nước 20l, hơi e ngại khi sử dụng nước như vậy

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean, well-furnished, and had a beautiful view. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
