Mr. Shrikant Subramanium and team Restaurant Managers Mr Prajwal, Mr Balkrishna, Mr Suraj Yadav, Mr Nitin, Supervisor Diksha and team (Madhur, Mahesh, Viral, Sushmita, Tete, Pravin, Vishal, Shibani, Shubhangi, Prajwal, Vikas, Vaishnavi, Mimi, Purva, Tushar, Yogesh, Pooja, Harshad, Sakshi) remember our preferences, likes and dislikes and help us in ordering. We look forward for their guest interactions during our lunches and dinners. We as a family, also, appreciate their sweet gestures at the time of departure. It means a lot to us. Thankyou Executive Chef Bharti Chaudhary and her team of chefs (Sous Chef Shubhamoy, Chef Nishta, Chef Dhruv, Chef Jyoti, Chef Kamlesh, Chef Sahil Chef Akanksha, Chef Surinder, Chef Noor, Chef Mithil) and the entire team of chefs for pampering us with mouthwatering Indian, sushis, continental meals and warm breakfasts. The change in the cuisines (introduction of grills and some of the comfort foods), its taste and the placement of the variety of dishes at the breakfast was like a breath of fresh air. Thankyou Mr Rahul Mhatre, Mr Popat, Supervisor Ganesh, Aarti, Shubham and your housekeeping team (Gauri, Deepesh Kumar, Suraj, Saurabh Bibey, Vishal, Saurabh) for keeping the rooms ready, clean and comfortable at the time of arrival and during our entire stay. The placement of fruits, goodies as per our liking and preferences gives us the feeling of warmth and care. Also, the bathroom accessories like bath salts made us feel pampered. We acknowledge the efforts of Mr Dattatray and his team to ensure the public spaces are kept clean and hygienic. Mr Bhagirath as always takes efforts to keep the gym and the swimming pool clean, safe and hygienic. It is noteworthy of the improved delicious Maharashtrian meals, the pooran polis, rassas, the bhakris cooked by Ekta tai are a must try. She makes good typical koli food too. The WINK is well managed by bartenders Mahesh, Maninder, Sachin and Bhavesh. The cocktails and mocktails are personally curated and very innovative and refreshing. It was very nice of Mr Harish Shinde the Security in charge for interacting with us. We appreciate these gestures. Comfortable stays. The landscaping in and around the hotel is very aesthetically done with an element of comfort and privacy. The Ganpati idol placed in the lobby is well maintained and nicely decorated with fresh flowers. Thank you once again to the entire staff and management for our lovely and rejuvenating stay. We as a family have enjoyed our stay more than ever as the hospitality of the entire staff and the introduction of new cuisines and dishes have gone many steps above the TAJNESS level for a VIVANTA.
