Our experience at SOJO hotel was great. The rooms are extremely stylish and furnished with everything you require for a comfortable stay. The staff is exquisite, trying their best to accommodate for the guests requests. Staff always has a smile on her face, especially Ms. Thúy and Ms. Nga. The food was great and diverse. Even if something was missing, staff was happy to prepare it outside of the menu.

I was coming to Nam Dinh for my first time and Sojo hotel caught my eye with it's trendy style a d great location in the city center. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English, my breakfast was included and very nice Pho and eggs with toast. I would highly recommend Sojo should your travels take you to Nam Dinh. Thuy and Nga went above and beyond super helpful.

The hotel was recommended for the family by a relative. The room was arguably small by Vietnam standards, but the room and common amenities were up to date, living up to its 4-star billing with a fantastic view of Nam Dinh town. That one could download an app which controlled the lighting, sheer & blackout curtains, TV was an unexpected bonus. All the hotel staff (special mention goes to Dan Nga who helped me print some documents urgently, the kitchen, the housekeeping and manager Thuy) were most friendly and helpful. They completed a great experience for my family during our stay from 23 Sep to 7 Oct 2022 :)

i had a relaxing stay at sojo nam dinh hotel.. they should definitely improve the check-in process.. i found it slower than an average check-in even though it was my second stay at sojo hotels.. apart from that everything was quite good!
