Tremont Hotel

Area/hotel felt extremely unsafe.There were people hangout, and arguing in the lobby. Pitbulls instead lobby. Hotel looked like a trap house. Therefore we did not feel safe to stay. However asked for a refund, and was denied.

Its was close to stores

Do not book this hotel. If there is no street parking when you arrive, you won't even be able to get in. The front desk staff hung up on me several times AND hung up on Expedia staff who called on my behalf several times. When asked where to park they said "On the street. If there are no spots, I don't know what to tell you." Extremely unprofessional and a major disappointment. The photographs of the outside of the hotel are also photoshopped. It looks more like a ran-down housing development that someone slapped white duct tape spelling out "HOTEL" on the top. Just save yourself the money and stay elsewhere. Also thank you, Expedia for helping me with this case and upholding your values towards customers and our satisfaction. I didn’t expect them to help me as much as they did and I'm very thankful for that!

The shower door was broken and the room was quite dusty. Also there should be more hand towels in the bathroom.

I canceled my stay and lost all of $900 + i am so disappointed in expedia i will never use them again and as for the Tremont hotel i have never been so humiliated in my life .

I was very comfortable

Workers are very awesome (men or women), they are very responsive to any concerns: the management need to work more on the smoking in the hallways

My stay i felt most uncomfortable unhappy because the room were not smelling right I had to move to two different rooms because the first and the second room smells like men body order linening on the beds need upgrade rooms were too small of space to get around there was a table in the room but there was no chair to sit in the blankets had in burnt Mark like holes in them it was just not me alone I had my family with me in the bathroom little toilet paper on the roll face towels had in holes in them and hand towels they lost there brightness new towels and hand towels..those room need a hold entire upgrade in the hall easy stick of weed and the weed smell was coming in the none smoking room where me and my family was could not iron my clothes because the worker told me the hotel do not provide iron and ironing board..then to reack to the microwave it was located right in front of the escalator I book for a week there but I only stay one night there I had to get out of there because the service there was terrible won't be back there ever again...
