Great location with 3 double beds that was needed. Fully equipped Lovely,thoughtful welcome basket Beautiful views

It didn’t have a garden - which was my fault for just assuming as it was a house it would have. With three dogs it would have been easier and the excess to the front door was a little challenging for my older parents - as it’s a ramp with steps. Shower room in the living room was interesting but perfect as a base to stay.

"An enjoyable break in a quirky house."

We enjoyed our stay in this pleasant self catering house near Brighton. It was compact and quirky. The owner was prompt in responding to queries and provided a good welcome pack. One of the showers is an excellent all-singing, all-dancing one!

The sitting/dining room was limited in space. You couldn't get 6 people round the table for a meal together.

Great location, great decor . Everything catered for . Such a helpful owner , a great gem of a place . Lovely views , and watched a family of baby foxes playing in the garden whilst having our coffee . Will return next year hopefully.

Property has been everything we needed and more! The fine details such as a welcome pack of food and drink and helpful information about the local area made the stay extra special. The view from the front room was gorgeous and the decor was fabulous! Very quiet surroundings too!
