"Excellent"

It was a beautiful cave hotel but inconvenient a little bit. I couldn’t use the bath tube because of smell of water and dirts. The hotel was well decorated but not reasonable for paying the high cost for staying.

Bütün detaylarıyla harikaydı özellikle personellerin sıcak kanlılığı ve hizmet üst düzeyde.Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz.Bir gün önce Göreme de kalmıştık ama çok kalabalık arabanız varsa Ortahisar çok daha keyifli.

Mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltı çok lezizdi. Odamız çok güzel ve temizdi. Otel personeli çok ilgili ve cana yakınlardı. Mutlaka bir daha gelmek istediğim bir otel oldu. Her şey için teşekkür ediyorum tekrar burdan.

If you like a quieter location, thos place is for you. Situated in a sleepy little village. Quirky decor in and around cave style rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Attentive staff.

Odalar otantik, şampuanlar, sabunlar kaliteli. Sadece havuzlu odalarda terleme sorunu oluyor ama havuzun keyfi onu tolere ediyor. Şömineli odanın keyfi de kış tatili için mükemmel bence. İs kokusu oluyor illa ama yine keyfi için değer diye düşünüyorum. Personeller sıcak kanlı ve yardımsever.

Otelin konumunu, dekorasyonunu, çalışanlarını, hizmetini çok beğendim. Sorunsuz bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Otel müdürü hem gezilecek yerler hem aktiviteler hakkında yeterince bilgili. Her konuda doğru yönlendirmeleri ve doğru kontakları sağladı. Odaların dekorasyonu ve malzeme kalitesi çok iyi. Kahvaltı geliştirilebilir. Otel barındaki fiyatlar kabul edilebilir seviyeye çekilse iyi olur. Bir kaç ufak sıkıntı yaşadık fakat otel müdürünün müşteri odaklı yaklaşımı sayesinde sıkıntı soruna dönüşmeden çözüldü. Kendisine ve tüm personele teşekkür ederim. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Her yönüyle çok keyifliydi. Çalışanlar samimi ve güler yüzlüydüler. Konum olarak gezilecek yerlere biraz mesafeli olsa da araç ile gelirseniz çok rahat edersiniz. Taksi ve özel turlardan da yararlanabilirsiniz. Bunların dışında oda kalitesi ve hizmetler de çok güzeldi.

çok kaba bir yönetici ile vasat bir yer. Banyo, rahatsız yatak kokuyordu ve gece yarısından sonra yüksek sesle müzik çalıyorlar. kahvaltıda sundukları meyve ve sebzeler taze değildi. hiç tavsiye etmem
