"Don’t waste your money."

Best part of this property was when I got into my car and left.

Absolutely disappointed with this stay. We paid for 3 nights and by day 3 asked a simple question about why our room hadn’t been cleaned. Instead of trying to help, Jeremiah was rude, dismissive, and made it very clear he wanted everyone to know his title rather than solve the issue. We were told they “don’t do that every day,” and because staff had already gone home there was “nothing he could do.” No attempt to make it right. To make things worse, breakfast is advertised until 10:00 AM on weekends, but they were out of food by 8:00 AM. If you advertise breakfast until a certain time, guests shouldn’t have to show up two hours early just to actually get it. Customer service matters, and this experience felt like guest concerns were an inconvenience instead of a priority. Between poor communication, lack of housekeeping, and the attitude from management, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and won’t be returning.
