CACACAI had an amazing stay with my family. Will be back
CAI booked this hotel for 1 night stay before a conference next day. Got to hotel and check in. Staff member front desk good, got me in my room. Room was spacious and hardwood floor. Decent bed comfortable and clean big bathroom. Had a good sleep. The hotel though had many kids running around, I assume a local hockey tournament or something going on. They got a pool and exercise room , but was all being used by yelling kids. I didn't bother to use. Next day I decided to try some breakfast and did their $25.00 eggs, toast , coffee, sausage deal. They had 2 ladies tending to people. One of them did not seem to know what to do, maybe she was new? They took my order, I said brown toast and turkey sausage coffee and egg white omelette. I had to wait and wait for coffee and flagged down the one lady to pour me some. Then one came by and asked, what type of toast again (I said brown/wheat toast). Then meal came out. Toast was white, eggs looked like slop , and sausage was stale and rubbery. Overall the service and meal was subpar. As such I checked out without issue. I have stayed at other property around YYZ, but I would not choose this one again.
