it has a central location, close to Piazza Grande, and the Happy Rentals office, even a bank and a police station.

it gets noisy when it is time to hit the sack and i think other apartment tenants smoke because it smells like cigarettes on the hallway that goes to the ventilation system or goes under the door.

A couple of days before the stay I got a call that the original property will need a treatment and we cannot move in on the specified days. Happy Rentals offered a comparable property not too far away (or a full refund). The alternative property worked out just fine and folks at Happy Rentals were helpful to make sure we have everything we need.

The location is fantastic. It is right in the centre of the town close to the lakeside, bus stop and supermarket. The bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated. The host was helpful and let me check in early.

The apartment is on the 5th floor and doesn't have air conditioning. It was hot, so hard to sleep. Opening up the windows helped but the noise outside was then very loud due to the central location. Street sweeping happens at 6am each morning. There was no wifi. There was no knife to use in the kitchen so the ability to cook was limited.
