The reception staff were excellent. Sonali was amazing and extremely helpful.

I like the ambiance of the hotel, And I like the theme of the hotel The staff was also really helpful and the location is also very good a really good deal for me.

I am not taking breakfast from the hotel. Location is good and nearby the market.

Reception staff not asking whenever i am standing the front of reception desk. No one respond me for my booking. when i told the reception person my booking is online they are not interested to attend me. Room cleanliness is very poor. TV not start.

Initial room given to us had molds and it was really dirty. On request they changed the room. Room was OK . Bed mattress was horrible. literally i could feel moving over springs. Need massive maintenance. It appeared the hotel and Lift all are at place by using cello tapes.

Slightly older so things are no longer bright and shiny but also the rooms and especially bathrooms are more spacious. Staff was cooperative and made us welcome India coffee house a favourite place to eat is just around the corner which was good for meals
