Hyatt Place Kyoto

Very modern, new and good location

It is expensive - not so good value for money

지하철과 호텔이 연결되어 쉽게 접근이 가능했고 큰 도로에 있어 대중교통을 잡거나 어딘가로 떠날 때 도보로도 산책하기 좋은길이 연결되어 있어 좋았습니다.

크게 없습니다.

京都駅から地下鉄1本で行けて、駅直結のアクセスは高く評価できます。京都御所が目の前なので、自然と文化を味わいたい方におすすめです。 設備はシンプルですが、ハイアットグループの名にふさわしいモダンさと機能性を備ええており、快適な滞在ができました。 スタッフも明るく、丁寧に対応して下さいました。

バスルームの水回りがひとつにまとめられているので、2人で使う時にやや不便を感じるかもしれません。 また、祇園や四条河原町といった京都の繁華街からは少し離れていることから、夜遊び派には不向きかも。

1) Excellent ambience; Reception area has a lot of space with a variety of seating while waiting for check-in or waiting after check-out 2) Well-maintained and clean -a lot of seating options, including in the breakfast area 3) Room quality and the toilet are of great quality 4) Many good quality options for breakfast (see below for cons); well-maintained breakfast area 5) Amenity quality is great 6) Marutamachi subway station is just below the hotel; Bust stops are within 1 min walking distance from the hotel 7) The Kyoto garden and palace are nearby; there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance 8) Bed and pillows are comfortable 9) Heating in the room was good

1) Fixed menu for breakfast. It makes it very boring for long-stays (beyond 2-3 days) 2) Very limited space for a hanger or to keep the dresses 3) Room size is small compared to the cost and compared to the Hyatt in other cities 4) Not worth the money, there may be a better hotel with a better view at the same price. The roadside room had no view except the road. On the other side of the street, there was ongoing construction 5) Expressionless reception staff... no smile on their face 6) Not all reception staff have the same knowledge. One reception staff (male) misguided me while I asked for directions to the subway lift and directed me the wrong way by showing the map.

Clean

No coffee no water in the room. All amenities need to be collected from lobby floor. No shower cap Minimal amenities and not of good qualities

Very exquisite property with all the amenities that travelers need. They will hold your luggage before and after check out.

There was only three laundry machines that seems to be in use quite frequently, but there was two laundromats 4 blocks away that was faster and cheaper than the smaller ones at the hotel.

Hotel and the rooms were clean and nice. Location on a metro stop was helpful. Breakfast was nice.

While the location is on a metro stop, it’s not very central. Many points are connected by bus which makes it a longer commute. Also no vegan/ vegetarian restaurants nearby or in the hotel.
