Very pleasant first time stay at Hyatt place Kyoto. Rooms are very nice and clean, love the decoration and thoughtful details like the make up mirror with the chair since we stay at the suite room. We have family of five so we have two rooms one suite and one premium. The suite has little kitchen and table is comfortable to have five of us enjoy some time eating together. The only thing is only have one restaurant in the hotel and only for breakfast and no room service. So at night there is no options if you want to eat in the hotel. Also the self laundry is not only busy also takes more than two hours to dry up our clothes. But overall is a very happy stay, the staff la are all very friendly.
