Frühstück super! Zimmer und Balkon prima! Pool genial! Alles sehr praktisch auch Parkplätze vorhanden!

Nachts hörte man z.t.wilde motorradfahrer in der Umgebung ! Und den sonstigen Verkehr...aber dennoch gute Lage bzgl.flughafen !solider Standard insgesamt!

Situé à une extrémité de la plage de Kalamata, un peu en retrait. Les bons marcheurs peuvent rejoindre le centre à pied . Les appartements sont spacieux et disposent du minimum de vaisselle. Les salles de bain sont vieillottes mais fonctionnelles. Grande piscine agréable.

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Balcon avec vue sur mer. Petit déjeuner convivial. Proximité de la très belle balade de bord de mer.

Superb value. Nice, clean, spacious room with a large balcony and a great view over the bay, mountains & town of Kalamata. The bathroom is just great. My room (207) was like a studio apartment. Minifridge, a little oven with a 3-electric cooktop. I didn't use any of it, but it's a neat option. Extractor hood, seriously. Even pans in the cupboard. A table with 3 chairs and a vanity desk for the ladies. The window and balcony door had a flyscreen and also sun blinds. The AC was old, but it works just fine. At one point, i woke up because i set it too cold. The staff is very sweet and helpful. They'll serve you a perfect breakfast in the morning. It's on the edge of Kalamata (Fare), so ideally you'll need your own transportation. Tho, the beach and a couple of restaurants, 2 supermarkets are just a 10-minute walk away. It has a large pool. I was there in May, there was no water in the pool. Didn't bother me. I'm sure it's all set up during high season when there are more guests. Pools are expensive, i understand. Great value ! Sweet staff, great room and Kalamata is a nice town. Loved my stay. I spent 2 weeks in Hellas in 5 hotels, ranging from €55 to €115. Fotini was my favorite. Efcharisto !

Nothing. I liked everything. If they would refurbish it with modern stuff, it would become exponentially more expensive. And stuff is just stuff. If you like fancy, there's a hotel for you just down the street. You'll pay a Miami price of at least €300/night there.
