USThe place unfolded with a sense of wonder and discovery. The decor is exactly opposite of my taste, but is so well done - playful, thoughtful, and well-crafted - that it was delightful. More of a bed and breakfast than a hotel, we had all the comforts and privacy of home, with a few interesting interactions with other guests. The location is a short walk from downtown. We will be back.
We didn't meet any of the staff, yet they were attentive by communicating via text. Everything was so well prepared and so clean that we didn't need to meet anyone, but it was such a great vibe at the location, we wish we could have met them.
BYThis is a truly wonderful hotel with a fascinating history — one that you can discover by visiting the kitchen, which makes the experience even more special. We stayed in a room right by the river, and it was absolutely perfect. The view of the small waterfall right from our room was beautiful, and the gentle sound of the water was incredibly calming. Falling asleep and waking up to that peaceful sound created a sense of deep relaxation. The house itself is very cozy, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The care and attention from the owners really stand out — since this is a single-owner property, you can feel the personal touch in every detail. The kitchen is wonderful, and the attention to small details truly makes a difference. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it and stay an extra night. There are restaurants within walking distance, and it’s very pleasant to stroll around this charming small town.
There are absolutely no drawbacks. This is the best hotel.
