"Amazing stay, above and beyond service."

Everyone was wonderful. Extremely friendly staff, specially in the Restaurant. Very clean, comfortable, close to everything. It was warmer than expected... had to sleep with the window slider open which was a bit noisy with city traffic, the hotel quickly provided fans. Overall amazing stay!!!

They even had an electrical kettle in the room, a big improvement over so many other hotels and apartments in South America.
