The mattresses are a bit lumpy feeling, I noticed the same at other Marriots.

The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. There was a problem with my reservation. I am a 78 year old woman traveling alone. The front desk clerk told me there was nothing she could do to help me. Questions I was asked led me to believe she did not believe I ever had a reservation. She stated I must be at the wrong hotel. I showed her the confirmation on my phone. She stated that was made through a third party, and she could not help me. She turned away to do other business. I asked to see a manager. When Channel arrived, i eas given a room at the same rate showed on my phone confirmation . Channel was kind, understanding, and efficient . I give her 5 stars! The next morning I again met with Channel who had gotten the entire mess straightened out. She found my original reservation. My name had been spelled wrong. By that time I had been charged for 2 rooms. She refunded one. All was well thanks to Channel’s professionalism and compassion for an old lady!!! Please applaud this employee! My negativity regarding location is the fact that there was nowhere to eat within walking distance. After driving all day, I needed a meal. I do not drive at night particularly in a strange place. I bought a package of frozen ravioli at the desk.
