Location, rooms were clean and not cluttered with knock-knacks. Our go-to place to stay at Jax Beach.

Property is perfect! I love the patio we needed relaxation because we work a lot! I definitely coming back . Easy communication with the property management!

Location. Roomie. The patio is nice.

The appearance of the living room/ front area. Update the furniture. It looked nothing like website pictures. The second banister going up is loose and a safety hazard. Please consider no pet rooms for those who have allergies to pets.

The patio doors need some work, they were extremely hard to close. Bedrooms could use some curtains, the morning sun was really bright.

WiFi challenges

Fabulous location. My family stayed in the unit next to this one during Spring Break and when we needed to find a beach unit a few weeks later, we were excited that this one was available. Great layout and right on the beach!! No problems with parking. A wonderful place to relax!!

Upon doing the walk-through before leaving, checked under the beds and found items left from prior occupants. Plus there were parts of the unit that needed to be wiped downs and swept. Just a few little things but none are show stoppers. Definitely a great place to stay!!!

I loved that it was right on the ocean. Huge PLUS! The place was very clean when I arrived. Very comfortable couch and beds.

Did not like that you only had a view of the ocean from the 2nd floor. Did not like that you could NOT open the windows on the 2nd floor. There was a roach in the BR one day and there were bugs coming out of the garbage after 2 days of the garbage being in there. It was scary and gross that they were flying out of the trash can. The beach chairs were broken and would have had to pay myself to get a beach rental from a service nearby. The Internet originally provided was sooo slow, that I had to reach out to the property manager to get another Internet address to connect to. VERY difficult to find the property when I arrived at 10:30 pm(as there were no signage for # "801" on 1st Street Sout and the property owner did not pick up phone when I initially called and left a voice mail and he called me back in 10 minutes and the code required a check mark after the 6 digit code and not a # sign which is what was in the directions for the passcode. It was not reassuring being a female alone in a strange neighborhood and not being able to find and then access the property easily.
