The Avenida Condominiums

I really enjoyed the quietness of this place, it was clean & such a cozy little place to stay for a few nights.

Not good. Pictures are very deceiving. Run down. Utensils in drawer were dirty. Biggest issue was very disrespectful full time tenant next door. I left a message with the office at 12:30 am the first night. Got no response. Noise was just as bad the 2nd night. We would have called the police but were very nervous about reproccussions from the conversations we clearly heard thru the wall. Documents clearly state no marijuana or smoking on the property, but we could smell it in the bedroom. We could not get either tv to connect. Other units might be OK but the one we had was disappointing

Overall the stay was decent. Minimal everything from blankets, to amenities. Beds were small. Low budget mattress. TV remote didn’t work. Pool was listed as heated but pool heater was not operational.

Overall the apartment was ok just lots of stains on carpet

The door looked like it was kicked in. There was only one hotel sized shampoo and soap for the 3 day rental. No tv remotes. Holes in the bedroom walls. Only 3 or 4 towels available. No response from Expedia whatsoever. Very disappointed with the property and Expedia. I will never use Expedia again.

Upon entering property, the AC was off so it was kind of hot, comfortable stay. Once it got cooled down nice and quiet. , upstairs neighbors were kind, loud, running back-and-forth close restaurants very affordable. Very nicely updated one of the t vs in the bedroom didn't work and didn't have access to the wifi

i liked the availability of parking spaces and its closeness to the unit. However, the picture on line is nothing like the unit and it sure wouldn't let you know that these buildings are very old and just a quote of paint is not making them look updated. The smell of OLD was so bad that we always wanted to sleep in our car but decided to stay but left early in the morning. The place maybe appealing to other people but I would never go back to this place and would check more closely on how old the building is before I make my reservations. The price did not justify the age of the place.
