The apartment is interesting from the layout and the furnishing perspective. However, if you don't have business in the area this place is not for you. In my case, i have. The apartment is not in its best state anymore but still looks interesting and decent. The pictures i took are, however, not showing positive things, so I will not attaching them, to stay on the positive side.

No customer orientation. The details to access the apartment and parking are given ONLY provided that you do the online self check-in before the arrival, while you travel to the place. They condition actually the provision of the data to the online check in. Paying in advance for the booking doesn't give you the right to stay in the apartment! So if you have troubles accessing the internet or you have troubles reading on your phone due to poor eyesight, again you can't access the appartment you have paid for already. The owners are ONLY giving the remote control to access the parking provided that you have made an online payment to a strange payment system. My bank simply refuse to make the payment even though i have tried three times both on the phone and computer. As a consequence, i had no parking for two days and had a nasty argument with a local for "parking too close to his car"!!! The discussions with the owners didn't change anything, they didn't feel obliged to provide the remote control before the moment when the payment was done. I was simply told to make the payment and then i will receive the remote control. Actually, their staff assumed that i am not interested in the parking anymore, since i have asked if the parking is underground or not and that i didn't manage to make the payment beforet the arrival. A clear booking for parking was not sufficient. In the end, after two days of struggling to pay, they have accepted to pay cash... It seemed difficult to propose such a solution before or even to charge the card. We felt like begging for it. We felt like being employed by the owners to work on their behalf, not like a customer they should have tried to satisfy. We never challenged the 10 Euro price/ night for the parking. For comparison, the night before we have paid 8 Euro/ night in Germany. The communication skills of the owners is definitely to improve.

The apartment was not the one originally booked. Perhaps the host was trying to make us a favour for the way he treated us during our previous stay. The apartment looked better than the previous one, the walls were not damaged as in the previous apartment.

The owners conditioned again the provision of the data to filling the online questionnaire. So, if you don't have a phone or computer with internet connection, you just have to wait for the merci of God. Unrealistic owners demands without offering alternatives.
