Location ok because near wadi shab and wadi tiwi, Very quiet near the beach Spacious room, comfy bed You can walk into town where there are good Restaurants

We booked well in advance because we thought it might be full. We ended up with a non-refundable room which we could have booked the day before for half of the price. (Hotel was not nearly full). So it felt like a real rip off, especially as the manager said he could not do anything about it because booking will charge us the price anyways. (I always believed - and still think - it was up to the hotel to decide, but whatever.....) Anyways it was one of the most expensive hotels on our whole trip to Oman and the value/price ratio was not very good. - Pool not open - construction undergoing in the garden - breakfast very basic

The staff was nice, the location is perfect, the room was clean. There’s a swimming pool, and an agreable patio. Special thanks to jumuha who offered us are time and has us much help.

Nice, spacious and clean. Good food prepared just for us and delivered to the room. The hotel was still at the beginning of the season, with lot of stuff (especially outside) still to prepare. Helpful and nice staff.

Wifi didn’t work and we had to discover that. The staff didn’t inform us right away and didn’t offer any solution. Probably still because it was the beginning of the season and they were doing works at the property.

The staff was great, very helpful, they helped us with some issue with our car. The restaurant was very good, we were thinking about trying other restaurants also during our 3 nights stay but after the first dinner we decided to eat there every evening :-) . The place is quiet, Wadi Shab is around the corner. There are few fantastic white sand beaches around (without people) :-) and you can also enjoy a pool.

Friendly and helpful people. Good for families. Children swimming pool. parking area
