Basic facilities, need revamping.

Overpriced for what they offer. The swimming pool area is not well equipped (just 1 beach chair!) and it was full of flies and mosquitoes, they need a disinfestation. The breakfast was super poor. We had a lunch there, it was very expensive for the quality and the selection they offer. It’s close to Wadi Shab so I think the property isn’t giving any extra effort.

The staff was simply delightful, friendly and helpful in several rather unusual situations! The Manager, Duane, a delightful person of great personal skills and humour! There was even a swimming pool!

Ideal stop on our road trip through Oman very close to Wadi Shab. Right across from a pebbly beach. Fairly basic but has everything you need. Breakfast with eggs made to order was a positive surprise. Incredibly friendly staff.

Small, authentic motel in the middle of the road. Good for 1-2 nights stay when you are travelling the country. Breakfast is good (all you need is here, not excessive , but good - eggs, sosages, bread, coffee, some vegetables as well). The room is big, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is what you expect from the motel. Nice view at the morning on the mountain, the road and the sea (if you go outside)

Air conditioning seems to have only two options - be very cold or turned off. Didn't bother me for one night stay.
