Clean and practical. Good location next to beach and restaurants.

Noisy and lack of charm. You are expecting a flat in front of beach looking at the pictures but you are on the main road with kitchens of restaurants in the back courtyard.

To be frank, the apartment’s location is great. It is spacious and functional and matches the description. There is just one tiny little issue about it, which unfortunately makes it completely NOT worth the money the landlord charges.

The issue is a heavy smell (stink!) from the shower (which of course spreads throughout all the rooms). I had notified the landlord of the problem but it was never fixed. I am no plumber so I do not know how to fix a smell from shower siphon (which apparently got dry after some 1-2 hours from being filled with water). Unfortunately neither did the plumber. He almost became a part of my family as he visited us quite often for a 10-day stay (3 times). Unfortunately we did not have a chance to chat, as he did not speak any English (and online Google translation from Greek to English and backwards did not do the trick either). He just kept on repeating that there must always be some water in the shower siphon (sure, I would have gladly spent my holidays filling it in every 1-2 hours). But did nothing to fix it. So it stank. REALLY heavily! For the record, I have intentionally marked the entire review negative because otherwise it would never reflect the actual negative burden the smell had on the 'perception' of the apartment = it was really unpleasant!
