Hotel Nest

The room is small but cozy. It is clean and quiet. The receptionist was very nice

Property located in a nice place quiet across the street from a church plenty of bars around but no stores just pharmacies other than that it's great place to be.

The area isn’t safe and there are not any dining options near by. There isn’t a lift, so it can be difficult carrying heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. There isn’t a hot breakfast available and no bottled water in the room.

It was a pretty hotel. No eggs at breakfast and not always coffee available at breakfast. Water pressure was poor and there was only hot water for shower in the morning.

Excellent service and attentions from the staff. Very friendly that made me felt comfortable.

THE PROPERTY IS VERY CLEAN THE STAFF THEY ARE VERY GOOD BUT THEY DON'T HAVE HOT WATER

Color and concept attracted me. The lack of excellence repelled me. Upon arrival at 2am Saturday there was hair on the shower floor and in the toilet. (Why?) There was no hot water until about day 5 of my 7 day stay.. I tried to find a new hotel, but they were all full. I requested a refund at 4am Saturday morning and received a response front the hotel on Wednesday. After getting some sleep. I went to get breakfast just to find that my croissant had mold on it. I was disappointed. Great concept, poor management. Details matter. The staff here were pleasant.
