Hotel Nest

Parking was always available behind the hotel.

The best thing about my stay were the ladies at the front desk. My phone didn't work at all on the island and they made sure I got connected to my family. The big guy who checked us in was kind of a jerk, and seemed kind of snobbish, and a smart arse. It was not appreciated. All the other staff was nice. I didn't like someone else's hair in my shower. The breakfast choices were ok. The bed was big and comfy, and the room had nice decorations and kitchenette--no stove. We didn't have any Internet the final morning, so you have to be careful with the island outages and rain, and plan ahead.

Location for Concerts on the Choliseo! The train station is next to the hotel. Excellent location

Convenient location for me.

From the inside it will do but the neighborhood leaves something be desired. No elevator. Good parking and continental breakfast was ok. Good bang for the buck but don’t think I’ll be returning.

They accused me of having multiple guess, I said to them very calm you have the wrong person, they instead, so I said check the video type and of course it was not me

no elevator in the lobby, only a staircase. very small room — barely enough room for two people to comfortably walk, get ready, and leave their things. small roach in the "kitchen" sink, ants coming out of the cracks in the caulk that sticks the bathroom sink to the wall, no drinking water except water bottles during breakfast (which is just quick snacks like granola bars, fruit cups, yogurt, poptarts, etc.), dysfunctional air conditioning and water pressure/temperature in the shower, only 1 pillow per person, the list goes on. good place to stay if you don't mind being 15+ minutes from the main parts of san juan and missing out on comfort and amenities in exchange for spending less money. would not recommend if you are trying to have a nice vacation with even a little bit of luxury because this experience definitley caused us to have a little bit of a negative perspective on our trip. would probably be worth it to spend the extra bucks per night at a nicer hotel.
