The photos on Booking were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the apartment. The place was dirty and clearly worn down. There were unpleasant stains on both the sofa and the mattress, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The heating did not work at all. We spent one night sleeping in the cold, and another night relying on a small mobile heater. Despite the apartment being advertised as having heating, the host only provided a single extra blanket for two people, which was completely inadequate given the circumstances. The bathroom door was visibly rotting, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The walls were dirty, and the furniture was damaged and unstable. Kitchen equipment was incomplete. When we raised these issues, the host was unwilling to offer a refund or propose alternative accommodation, even though the company operates many properties in the area and availability in January should not have been an issue. Overall, this accommodation did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or accuracy of the listing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this property. UPDATE: Following my stay, the property management contacted me and confirmed in writing that according to their company policy, once a stay has commenced, they are unable to offer refunds or alternative accommodation, even in cases where advertised features (such as heating / air-conditioning) are not functioning and the apartment does not match the condition presented in the listing. This means that if serious issues occur during the stay, guests should not expect relocation or meaningful compensation, regardless of the circumstances. Future guests may wish to consider this when booking.

Please don't call it luxury flat, that's dishonest. So many basic things missing. Toilet paper missing, no detergent for the washing machine (and denied upon request), broken electric adapters, one socket even burned out so we were apprehensive to put anything there....

The room was immaculate! When I contacted the management company about a missing iron and hand towels, they were delivered to the flat within 15 minutes. Great customer service!!!

Alegem de 3 ani această cazare pentru că îndeplinește toate cerințele noastre:foarte aproape de plaja,magazine, restaurante, supermarket.Apartamentul este echipat cu tot ce trebuie:fierbător,plita,mașină de spălat rufe, frigider încăpător. Un plus este și balconul cu vedere spre mare într-o anumită poziție. Calitate- preț este tot ceea ce ne dorim pentru sejur. Comunicarea cu gazda este foarte prompta. Recomand cu drag!Sper sa ne auzim și la anul !!
