The bed had a memory foam mattress which doesn’t agree with my back for some reason 😔

Location Location Location. And the view.

perfect location, a few meters from the sea, spacious apartment suitable for max 2 people, plenty of storage space, hair dryer, iron, kettle, microwave, toaster, clean fridge, washing mashine. Immediate communication with the accommodation provider , Good WiFi

a bit noisy as the balcony to the street, more cooking utensils could be, the inner yard quite dirty

Everything. We were so happy with the room, it had good aesthetics even though it wasn't very large. Ot had big windows and a balcony and nice soups and towels and everything, even a safe. All communication was held online but they were very helpful and quick to answer. We highly recommend!

The view was not so great, its toward a building site. But the location is good, just a couple minutes from the beach and all tourist attractions

Absolutely perfect location, we visited most of paphos in just seven days as every thing is near by including excellent transport links and a taxi rank right outside (although we did use bolt as we are more familiar with this). The apartment was a great size, not to noisy at all in fact once the doors were shut you didn’t hear a thing. When we locked ourselves out the staff were very quick to answer us, they sent a locksmith out which again I would like to say how absolutely great he was, very friendly very and empathetic to our situation even though it was our fault, that was exceptional customer service from him and the staff who sent him quickly to help! Lots of restaurants near by, the swimming area is literally right on your door step, please don’t be alarmed that there is no sand as this was one of the best swimming experiences we have had! Overall property was great, staff exceptional, location 10/10 and we would probably come back again should we ever return to paphos! I would like to next if we do come back get an apartment with a sea view but to be honest the view weren’t bad it was nice to people watch from our balcony! If you don’t want to eat out there are plates, cutlery etc and a supermarket literally a two minute walk away ( a short cut would be to walk out of the other side of the car park) prices there are great and it nice to chill out on the balcony with YouTube on the television playing your favourite songs or Netflix for a hit of back ground noise. There’s a lovely pub round the corner again not even a one minute walk away called the English rose, everything in there is great it does the best daiquiri and plays some good music!

Obviously this is the nitty gritty bits so please see that the pros out weight the cons below: - The shower in the bathroom was incredibly difficult to use the top head, I did email the apartment who sent me a diagram which didn’t really help so we literally just used the bottom tap to get clean which leads on to the toilet - When using the bottom half of the shower we were at eye level with the toilet which could use some descaler and a bit of tlc around the rim as it becoming really stained, we only noticed this obviously due to the shower dilemma - The taps in the bathroom are quite wobbly but never the less the pressure in both the taps, shower and toilet is incredibly strong which is a great bonus! - The front door is quite stiff, When you are unlocking the door ( apartment 109) you need to put a bit of effort into it so do not panic if it doesn’t open first go! - There are a lot of stairs you need to go up to get to the apartment which is no issue for us but needs to be pointed out, also the area below the stairs is a bit tatty, noticed two mattresses, some other furniture and rubbish at the bottom as it looks as if maybe something is being refurbished or done up near by and these are awaiting collection however these should be put near the bin area and not dumped as it sort of tarnishes the ‘luxury’ aspect - The couch was very stained like very stained, my mum sleeps with a Cpap machine so needed a plug ( There is no plug socket near the bed which can I add is very very comfy!) so my mum had to sleep on the couch, there was no spare sheets to cover the couch we took the top sheet off the bed and I slept with the blanket out the cupboard instead. Upon plugging the machine in behind the couch we noticed a lot of dust and left over things from the previous people, we found a fan which was handy, odd bits of change, an empty water bottle and lots of clusters of accumulated dust, this wasn’t nice and was probably the only major con to staying here.

The apartment was clean. Good location. 4 minutes away from the supermarket, sea, bars, cafes, restaurants!

The area is quite noisy. You better book this apartment for two people only, because the sofa is so uncomfortable to sleep on..

it had a good view and a convenient location.

Disappointed with our stay. Although the apartment is relatively new, there were some issues that were essential. The door was not secure at all, as you can see in the photo below. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. Even though there was parking available below, we weren't allowed to use it, and had to look for parking further away, near the port.

The location is the best thing about this but the negatives far outweigh this unfortunately

It is SO noisy you can't sleep from the loud music and traffic - it feels like you are actually in the bar. The mattress and pillows is old and dirty. It was extremely uncomfortable The bed sofa is like a torture device. I couldn't sit on it because the spring come into my flesh. God help anyone trying to sleep on it No basics like tea or coffee, there's a washing machine but no detergent, no iron.
