"コスパは最高。"

美味しい軽食（冷凍弁当）が付いている。 料金が安い。 自動販売機の価格設定も良心的。 コインランドリーも、ドラム式で使いやすい。

遮音性に関して、 コンテナルームのため両隣や上下階からの生活音が気になることは無かったが、唯一ある窓の先は駐車場になっており、他の部屋の宿泊者と思わしき人が話しながら車に乗り込んだ際、話し声が丸聞こえで窓が開いているのかと思うくらいで少し驚きました。 配棟について 宿泊棟がL字型に配棟されており、駐車場から部屋までの通路としてはやや距離があり、車から荷物を運ぶ際、手間取りました。

深夜に暴走族の方たちが暴走して、ややうるさかった。 後は雨のせいもあってか、室内が若干湿った匂いがした、空気清浄機とエアコンで会場出来た。 冷凍庫付き冷蔵庫はとても重宝した。 ありがとうございました。
