InTown Suites Extended Stay Columbus OH - I-70E Hamilton Rd

I will never stay here again my landlord place me here y my house be remodeled it stinks so bad the rooms are very nasty my toilet been broke for 4 days my tub is stopped up this is like a crack house they sell drugs out of here this place is so horrible I will never take money out of my pocket to pay to stay here my landlord asked if I wanted to stay here another week and I told him no I been here for almost a week and have slept in my car for 4 nights out of the week do not ever come here it is so horrible

My corporation booked this hotel for me, sent the confirmation, and I was to check-in on a Sunday, check-out on a Friday. However, when I arrived Sunday afternoon, I found their "office" closed, with no hours available at all on Sunday, and only from 10-2 every Saturday. However, there was a listed "After Hours" number, which I called, and when I explained the situation, gave the gentleman my confirmation, he said he could not help me, and knew nothing about the room, my stay, etc. He called his manager, then 10 minutes later, informed me nobody could help, and I would have to stay somewhere else for the night. Needless to say, I changed venues, and will never deal with an InTown Suites in the future.

1st floor may be ok but don't even think about the 2nd or 3rd floor if you want ANY kind of peace. The music and noise after 7pm or on the weekends is outrageous. Some tenants know non-management members of the staff so most of the time nothing is done about it. Also almost Every weekend the fire alarm is set off and for some strange reason not on weekdays while the hotel managers are there. Rules and cleanliness is almost null and void. Bags of trash are left on the steps or spread across the hallway floors. Unless you have no other choice then you would be better off searching around for another hotel.
