Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem sehr alten umgebauten Herrenhaus. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Frühstücksraum im 3. Stock auf der Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick.

Das Bett für die Kinder war ein Ausziehsofa und mässig bequem.

"Elegant hotel stay in the centre of Aveiro"

The hotel is really stylish and a little bit artsy, the staff were all wonderful and the breakfast really good. We even had ripe papaya as a fruit choice on one day. The view of one of the canals and the traditional Moliceiro fishing boats was great, but if you don't have a room facing that direction there is a lovely terrace on the 3rd floor with outdoor seating. Given the location on a major road and pedestrian square, our room was remarkably quiet.

Nothing really, but in the room we booked there isn't a lot of storage space if you are travelling with a bit of luggage. This is an unavoidable result of preserving the original interiors of the building. If you arrive in a car, it can be tricky finding somewhere to stop to collect the parking pass.
