InTown Suites Extended Stay Knoxville TN

Only thing I liked was the location. I guess the water did at least get hot too.

First of all the room was not clean, the floor was gross and the fridge leaked constantly a puddle on the floor. Inside of the fridge it constantly had water dripping on all my food. There was no coffee pot, hair dryer, or any dishes/pots though I had a kitchenette. The stove top didn't work and I saw roaches. I was woken up almost every night at odd hours from the various other residents, early morning landscapers trimming the overgrown bushes and trees, or the dumpster being emptied. I was also put on the 3rd floor though I'm pregnant and the only easy access up was steps. There was only one elevator on the other side of the property that often smelled horrible for unknown reasons. I left 1 bag of trash outside my door for maybe an hour or 2 and they stuck a warning note on it to take care of it immediately or be evicted. There were many times when coming back after work I had to step over people who insisted on smoking on the only stairs near my room. There also was a gross little room to do laundry and out of late night desperation I tried to use it only to discover it didn't actually take cards and I wasted some of my laundry soap and had to take my soapy clothes out to go somewhere else. I stayed over a month and no one cleaned my room the entire time. Also if I wanted clean towels I had to wash them myself and if I wanted fresh sheets they had to be brought down to the office for a clean replacement. One late night after grabbing soup because I was very sick, when I got back to my room my key card no longer worked and I had to wait like 30 min for someone to fix it. The room was also very small and they charged an outrageous amount to stay. The manager was also very not helpful and wanted to charge even more trying to book through them. There was also burn marks on like everything, gross stuff hanging from ceiling, ashes on the toilet and countertops when I first got there, and the shower grew a bunch of mold very quickly.

Great price, lovely staff. They are doing so well with the property clean up and upgrades, you can tell they're putting in work around here. The beds in our room are newer and firm. Having a full size fridge is such an awesome thing too.

The room was a little dirty upon arrival, but since we plan on staying until our house is ready I was already planning on giving the place a good scrubbing anyways.

The front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant and made ne comfortable

Room smells smoker live there, drain flies, cockroaches. Terrible place to stay.
