Sleep Suite Motel

Location is very good, with Superstore and the mall within walking distance. Very handy for replenishing supplies for our road trip. Room very clean and functional. Water pressure and temperature perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate with bread and ready made waffles plus muffins, cereal and fruits.

The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The table was scratched up. Not a big deal, but looked bad compared to everything else. Rooms were a bit noisy. I heard people showering.

The staff did not come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. The room itself felt stuffy. Because it was located right beside the main entrance, opening the window for fresh air only allowed cigarette smoke from people smoking near the entrance to drift into the room. The room was also directly beneath very bright exterior lights, which illuminated the room throughout the night. While some may suggest using the room-darkening curtains, not everyone is comfortable sleeping in a completely dark, enclosed space with the curtains fully closed. Overall, these issues made it difficult to relax and get a comfortable night's sleep.

Breakfast was good. Typical cereal, toast, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea, juice.

The sound on the tv didn’t work, but we weren’t really concerned as we were tired.
