InTown Suites Extended Stay Matthews NC - East Independence

The room was nice and clean. The area the hotel is in is quiet and safe. This area has an amazing shopping and dining experience. The hotel is well lit at night.

Nothing I was only there for like 12 hours

Everything was bad cockroaches I had crack heads asking me to give them money there were prostitutes telling me to knock on there room all night long there was yelling screaming banging all night there were people sleeping in cars throught out the parking lot I was at which was right near the office no staff there over night after moving my stuff in I went to desk because I wanted to check out because I didn't feel safe there abc Noone was there I called the emergency number told me she couldn't sh nothing fit me til the manager came in the morning so I called in the morning and he was really rude and checked me out of my room with out permission from me and wouldn't give me a refund because I was uncomfortable I basically got robbed I booked for a wh9le week and only stayed for 12 hours tops and still haven't heard back from corporate 7042916652

Very dirty, roaches in the rooms & the room looked very old.

There was no breakfast, and rarely ANY wifi. The wifi, on the rare occasions when it did connect, was pitifully slow and intermittent. The manager was never at the front desk, and particularly on rent days when she disappeared so she could hit us with late charges. But hey, the last straw was when we PAID ONLINE AND SHE LIED SAYING WE DIDN'T PAY WHEN I SHOWED HER A god damned RECEIPT! She gave away the room we paid to reserve right in front of us, then tried to charge us $700 for the room we booked for 440 or so. There was feces, urine, and lots of blood in the elevator, and drug dealing 24 hrs a day. The rooms didn't include a garbage can, coffee maker, or any of the things advertised. The refrigerator didn't work, and the room smelled like a men's room in a brothel. Never again.
