Outstanding venue…quiet,comfortable room, no hassle trips to wine country. ABSOLUTELY worth the visit…I’ll be returning soon;)

Everything about this property is stellar. It is beautiful and comfortable. If you bring your dogs, oh my, there is plenty of space for their crates. Had a lovely stay.

The room was actually really cool! The bed very comfortable the bathtub in our room was definitely nice. The offered amenities were great

No ice on property. Nobody else on property the night we were there. We were aware of the restaurant was closed but unaware the entire pool area would be also closed. One of the reasons why we booked this was to hang out at the really nice looking pool after a long drive and it didn't say anything about it being closed when we booked, nor did the staff person when we checked in. Also said they would have robes and slippers as part of the amenities (also why we choose to pay the extra expense to book here) - there were none. Actually would have been nice to have robes and slippers since the room and floors were a little bit dark and chilly because of all the rock. Staff we're banging something in the adjacent restaurant that woke us up somewhat early the next morning. I contacted the property and let them know that we were a little bit unhappy because our expectations were not met, but they never bothered to contact me back - which is a real shame as definitely won't be staying here again mainly due to the lack of any type of response. Honestly probably would have given this place a second chance if they had tried to make things right. It was actually a cool room and place to stay. I also contacted customer service at Booking.com and told them I was a unhappy because I looked at the room rate a couple hours after I booked on that same day and it was $45 less. I also told them about my experience. Also had zero contact back and that was more than a week ago. So overall disappointed with the experience.
