Phaedrus Living - Seaside Executive Flat Harbour 101

The apartment is with a very good location right on the start of the promenade and most active place near the sea. Apartment was big enough and with very nice big balcony.

All the recommendation for improvement was said to the host.

Location is great. Nice kitchen and seemed well equipped. We only stayed there one night so didn't use all the facilities. Slippers is nice touch. Huge balcony.

The handle in the bathroom was broken and once you pulled door to open was compleately comming off. The shower is very small and for bigger person would be an issue. Ther where also long black hair in the shower. No bed side lockers. The double bed got this matress protector on the bed that is plasticky side to it so not it just it makes you feel super hot but it sticks to you and squeaks every time you turn. We only stayed one night so it was bearable, but there is no way I could sleep on it all week or more.

I rented an apartment with 2 queen size beds and ended up with 1 room with a queen size and the other with 2 separate beds. We were 2 couples so it was uncomfortable Small kitchen

the accommodation was clean & spacious. centrally located & easy to reach.

when asked about a early check in we were told that they’ll let us know. they kept saying that they cannot give us an exact time for check in, but will let us know when the place is ready. we ended up waiting around for quite some time for them to later say that early check in ain’t available. i would prefer them being honest from the beginning and saying that it’s not an option.

The flat location, amenities and appliances are good.

Although the apartment was clean, the entrance, the main hallway, the stairs, and the door mat were extremely dirty. The staff did not clean and maintsin this area. This gives an overall bad imptession of the place.
