I thought the gentleman working the front desk in the evenings was incredibly helpful and generous in his guidance. He helped our group figure out how to get the bus and back to Andong for the Mask Dance Festival. I’m very thankful for his respect and helpfulness. He also was very happy to ask about our day and our travels to the Andong Mask Dance Festival! I would absolutely stay at this hotel again for the customer service. The room itself was very clean, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My only complaint would be the shower head was very low on the wall. Other than that, I was perfectly satisfied.

The Apartment was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were asked for passports during check-in. It was a shock to me because I always use my ARC when traveling in Korea.
