I don’t like anything, You have a very poor service. Took me 2 hours to get in. All my stay the air conditioner didn’t work and you won’t pick up your calls. Poor service delivery is all I got 🥲

It was a nightmare, we found the room to be cleaned, even though check-in is at 3 o'clock and we arrived at 6 o'clock, there was no one waiting for us. The beds were made up, the toilet handle was broken, we had rented 3 apartments and there were used sheets everywhere. The water in the bathroom was heated only once in a week. No one cleaned the apartment for 1 week, we had a broom in the room, but there was no way to collect garbage. Cockroaches live in all apartments. We requested a cancellation and a refund, however, unfortunately they dishonestly and fraudulently took money that did not belong to them.

A nice modern apartment in a great location and all the facilities you could need including a washing machine which was an unexpected bonus, communications with the property owners were easy with a speedy response to any messages.

Unfortunately when using the shower it flooded the hallway however upon reporting this to the property owners on checkout they were unaware this was a problem and informed the maintenance team to evaluate the problem and make repairs where necessary.
