Smoke in room even though we had a non smoking room, staff claimed it was a non smoking room and no one smoked but there was an ash tray and cigarette burn, just a shrug and said maybe it come from outside. Insanity! Bed was hard, loud outside and no fan or AC. Generally dirty on top of the smoke smell. Kitchen didn’t have anything, literally empty

Herşey istediğimiz gibiydi. Kaliteli hizmet için teşekkür ederiz. Temizlik konum otopark çalışanlar çok iyiydi.

Lavabo bölümü korkunç kokuyor

Good location. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and clean and also have the paravan that separates sleeping area from the rest of the room so you'll have the feeling that you're in the apartment. Too bad I was there for only one night because I was in transit, but will definitely return if I visit Kayseri again.

There is no aircondition in the rooms which can be tricky during summer

Güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olan personel vardı, oda temizdi ancak oda parfümü kokusu çok ağır kokuyordu.

Oda (tuvalet) biraz daha temiz olabilirdi. Lokasyon güzel. Fiyat mantıklı.

Odalar yeni, ancak temizlik yetersizdi. Banyoda bizden önceki misafirlerden kalma kıl vardı. Odalarda sigara yada bilmediğimiz is kokusu vardı.
