The apt was nice but not luxurious! 2 tiny pillows and smallest towels ever. We asked for more pillows and none available. Told there was spare in drawer....with no cover. Apt was noisy from the road and upstairs apt and fridge

El lavabo del baño no tragaba agua , la taza del ex estaba suelta y los cojines del sofá con manchas de suciedad 🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪

El check-in es demasiado tarde, era un viaje en el que necesitaba estar con antelación y poder cambiarme allí y no pude ser, por el precio que se paga, se debería dejar antes ( y sin tener que pagar un suplemento).

O espaço é limpo e confortável.

O código de abertura da casa não funcionou e tivemos que pedir telefonicamente para nos cederem o código.

Location was average. Parking at the recommended location was 28E per day. Access with a car was poor. Staff should not argue with the client or hang up on them when requested for information. The kitchen was minimal. No kettle/strainer/tea towel. The fridge was tiny. The so called welcome packet was unimpressive. Overlooking a building site. Suggest a hotel rather than the ‘luxury’ it claims.
