Not very clean and guests were extremely loud

That I was able to get a room and the price

Was dirty did not clean the room was bottles from the previous person and the curtain wouldn’t go over the window top lock was broken bathroom was dirty walls was dirty

It was right on the beach.

When I arrived at my room, it was very rundown. When I entered my room the back door that leads to the beach was wide open. My boyfriend had to check the room to make sure no one was in there because the door was open already. We had to move the chairs to push them in front of the door to keep anyone from coming in on us. I was scared for my safety . Someone had been in there. They have been on the bed and on one of the beds. I also took pictures. The room reeked of urine is smelled so bad I could not stand the smell. It made me sick. There were semen stains amongst other things. The linen was dirty. I was very itchy so we were very uncomfortable. I didn’t even stay the entire state. We ended up leaving at 7:00 AM. I will never stay at this property again. And this property was price gouging. Because it said $70 a night and it went from $70 to $218 for my stay. The room was nowhere near that amount of money.

Nothing room was not clean air conditioning, not working no hot water when we arrived. .
