The grass wasn’t cut, our toilet was clogged and the pool was black. The staff claimed they were “waiting” for the pool to clear up. I don’t think they put chemicals in it.
For the price, this stay was very disappointing. The room and washroom were not clean, with drips on the mirror, floor, and walls. A strong moldy odor came from the old AC and curtains, which seemed unwashed for months. In our 3-night stay, the room was never cleaned—unacceptable for the cost.

The beds were very hard, no microwave, very thin toilet paper, towels were rough and too small, small fridge on floor and TV screen was blurry and damaged.
Very clean place and friendly staff. There weren't enough pillows or enough coffee for the coffee maker in the room, but the staff was very quick in providing. Could use a multiple outlet for the fridge/microwave/coffee maker so you don't have to unplug one to use the other. No hair dryer, and could also use a hanger close to the shower and a mirror in the bedroom. Indian food in the restaurant was top notch.
If there was a no star rating, this property would have earned it! From start to finish it was the worst hotel my husband and I have ever stayed in. The reception area is adjacent to an ethnic restaurant that is not conducive to receiving guests. That said, we had to wait 3 hrs for the room to be cleaned. Ice was not readily available for drinks in the room. The flooring is not installed correctly so it is amazing that someone has not been hurt staying in this property. Towels were rationed two per guest. Now let me get to the bed! The sheet, because there was only one covering the mattress, was not enough for a couple to be comfortable in an airconditioned room. The fan/air-conditioned was noisy and unhelpful all night! As this was the most expensive night of our holiday, we were a little disappointed at the under achieving hotel.
Accessible, close to key attractions, and clean. Only con was the tap water was very low pressure and would barely come out.
