房間乾淨整潔，服務人員很客氣，衛浴設備乾淨，水量和熱度都充足。

隔音有限，如果房客關門都不注意，比較容易聽到噪音。

地點超方便，鬧中取靜，出門三分鐘就是臺南美食一級戰區。水仙宮，海安路，神農街，藍晒圖，政大書城等等等等都在步行範圍內，租借ubike也很方便。 房內設備應有盡有，除了床墊較軟，其他都很滿意。不提供備品但是需要的話都可以用廉宜的價格在誠實商店購買，浴巾和拖鞋也有確實提供。 我住的房間位在一樓的廊道盡頭，算是交通要道，不過其他的住客們都很小心翼翼，沒有製造太多噪音，我也沒有感受到吵鬧。房內除了冷氣也有除濕機。

這價格實在沒什麼好抱怨的

The place was nice, room was clean and just enough space, the toilet is always clean despite it being a common one shared with others

The noise of nearby construction during the day was a bit annoying
