J'avais lu quelques mauvaises critiques alors j'appréhendais quelque peu, mais tout était parfait.

Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas. On a même essayé ceux des autres chambres, mais rien n'y faisait.

Solo te explican como hacer el pre-registro, pero después tienes que hacer un check-in, es decir, un segundo registro para que tengas el acceso a la habitación después de buscar las instrucciones, en ingles pudimos entrar a la habitación y en el line que te pone no contestan.
