The location was perfect, the staff was super responsive and extreme helpful and accommodating

The couch legs were slightly damaged. The property owner sent out a repair man right away to fix it.

The location was amazing. We also enjoyed eating out on the spacious patio. It worked well for our family of seven.

The space is very small but usable. As other reviewers have noted, the bathroom design is awful. Water gets everywhere, including into the master bedroom. That means there's some water damage in the bathrooms and around the door frames, etc. The beds were also extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Very spacious terrace perfect for our group of 6 as indoors is not big so we spent lots of time on the terrace and location could not have been better.

We were a group of 6 adults so 2 of us had a very uncomfortable sofa bed which is really only adequate for 2 children so 2 single beds in the 3rd bedroom would be better and not much storage space only 1 small wardrobe...

location was very close to harbour but not noisey balcony was very spacious everything we needed was in apartment close to shops

The location is perfect in the heart of the city

its location and the size. also the balcony. the property manager was super communicative and helpful.

Not clean. Breadcrumbs on floor and couch. Smudges everywhere. Only one bed had a quilt; there were 4 of us. We got blankets that the cleaner claimed were clean but they were not wrapped up in plastic as they should be. Fridge stank of fried fish. There was a hair on my pillow. Area quite noisy. Advertising misrepresents the real situation. Never again.
